November 2000: The Holiday Season is Here!
Well, we survived our first Thanksgiving with baby. It was actually quite wonderful Of course, it was also a lot of work. We knew we were in for trouble when a 3 hour drive took over 5 due to traffic. Luckily, Jack kept his cool until the last 15 minutes of the drive. Then there was the simple fact that his normal routine had gotten all messed up which made him cranky, irritable, and a bit of a crank-pot. But by dinner on Thanksgiving he'd mellowed out and things went pretty smoothly. We're so glad we're staying home for Christmas this year!
